What is an escape room?
An escape room is a room that consists of many puzzles and clues that must be solved before the 60-minute timer runs out.
What is the difference between a linear and non-linear room?
Linear means that you will solve one puzzle and go to the next. The puzzles are in a specific sequence. Non-linear is that instead of one path of finding clues and using them for puzzles, there are many paths with clues and puzzles that usually come together at the end to solve the final puzzle.
Will I actually be locked in the room?
No, you will always be able to leave the room.
Are the rooms scary?
Some rooms may have loud noises or special effects, but we do not want to scare you. We want a fun family-friendly experience for everyone.
What is the minimum age for the rooms?
The recommended age is ages 12 and up. Anyone under 12 years old must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
Do I have to book or make an appointment online?
Yes, all reservations and appointments must be booked online.
Will I be in the room with strangers?
There may be a chance that you are in a room with strangers. If you want a private room, please contact us.
How many people can fit in a room?
The room capacity is listed under each room.
Can we use our mobile devices?
We recommend that you should not use your mobile devices. There will be a place to put your belongings in the room.
When should I arrive?
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
What if we are running late?
If you are running a few minutes late, then you are still able go into the room. If you arrive too late, you will not able to go into the room. Refunds are not available, so please try to arrive on time.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your room up to 48 hours before the reservation time. You may not cancel your room within 48 hours of the reservation time.
What should I wear?
You will be moving around a bit, so we recommend comfortable clothes and shoes.
